In accordance with the requirements of the General Office of the State Council's "Notice on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2026" and combined with the actual operation and management of the company, to ensure that all employees have a safe and peaceful holiday and to make business connection arrangements with you in advance, we hereby formally notify you of our 2026 Spring Festival holiday arrangement and related service matters for your information.
I. Holiday and Compensatory Work Arrangement

Holiday Period: From February 15, 2026 (Sunday, the 28th day of the 12th lunar month) to February 23, 2026 (Monday, the 7th day of the first lunar month), totaling 9 days;

Compensatory Work Days: We will work normally on February 14, 2026 (Saturday) and February 28, 2026 (Saturday) to carry out business connection work;

Return to Work Date: We will officially resume normal office work and full-process business services on February 24, 2026 (Tuesday, the 8th day of the first lunar month).
II. Holiday Service Instructions

During the holiday period, our company will suspend regular services such as regular business connection, order processing and after-sales consultation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and kindly ask for your understanding;

If you have urgent business needs or sudden problems, please contact your exclusive contact person in our company or the on-duty staff during the holiday (on-duty contact information will be notified separately). We will try our best to coordinate and handle it to protect your core rights and interests;
